I was living everyone’s dream life. So why wasn’t I happy?
I was always the “successful one”. A leader at work, top of my class, striving to “have it all.” You know the story.
In 2014, I moved from Chicago to London thinking I’d hit the jackpot. I spent four years jetting everywhere from Monaco to South Africa with work. I would treat myself to Michelin-starred restaurants and scuba diving holidays in Thailand.
Everything seemed perfect. But I was starting to feel empty inside. Was this all there was?
By the end of 2017, I had hit a wall. All the things I once loved seemed uninspiring now. I wanted help, but how could I explain why my perfect life didn’t feel so great?
So in 2018, I set off to figure out how to feel better. To decide what I really wanted in life, how I’d achieve it, and how to be happy exactly where I was.
Well, I found out. I found meditation, flow, life coaching and the tools to manage my mind. Now, I’m continually finding out what I’m really capable of.
And I realized I want to share all of those tools with you, so you can feel better and achieve your goals too.
